Return Policy

Return within 30 days, you must have the tags and receipt.

Items cannot be returned if they have been worn/used. The item must be in clean original condition, and packaging (if applies).

No returns on special orders

(includes styles, sizes, and/or colors we don't normally stock)

Sale items with a red dot on the tag cannot be returned.

Form of payment used to make purchase is the form we will refund you with (Ex. paid in cash, cash will be given back to you). Checks require 3-4 days to clear the bank before cash refund can be given.

If you don't have the card used to make the purchase, store credit will be used.

If item(s) bought as a gift, make sure to keep tags and receipt in case of return/exchange.

We recommend that your teacher checks your shoes before they are worn in class to ensure they are the correct style and fit.

We have the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the requirements of our policy.
